Gaye: I live in the Northern Territory, Australia. Miles from everywhere else, but the centre of my universe for the past 33years! I always reckoned that I am like the monks at New Norcia in Western Australia who take the vow of consistency and have lived in New Norcia their whole, long lives. I have created this blog to put my latest passion out there. Hats, hats hats and more hats. I LOVE making hats. I wake up in the middle of the night and think about hats and designs. Every day I'm working on or designing a new hat. I have always loved hats, I could never resist going to the hat department in DJ's or Myer and trying on their hats.They were always far too expensive for my pocket at that time and I NEVER dreamed I could one day make my own beautiful hat. I hope you like my hats too! I have two fabulous adult children, daughter Angela, and son Ben.Both my children are amazingly capable and I am tremendously proud of them. I am blessed with four gorgeous grandchildren,beautiful, talented and totally engaged with life and honestly I'm not saying that just because they are my grandchildren.
